Beautiful 7" Miyabi Steel Knife

This has been my favorite knife since I graduated Le Cordon Bleu in 2010. It's not only gorgeous with it's flower-like blade inlay and Birchwood handle, but has 50 layers of steel per side, and feels really good in the hand. I use it daily from breakfast to dinner. Just don't try to crack a coconut with it -- I might have made this mistake and had to replace it 🤦🏼♀️ Oh, and hand wash only!

King Arthur Baking Company is by far my favorite go-to for all things baking. Not only do they have a fabulous array of cooking tools, but their recipes are also reliable. I made this beautiful pistachio roulade with raspberries and white chocolate by Ottolenghi with King Arthur Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour, and it turned out fabulous.
